About The Med Spa Toronto

Dr. Anwar Victor Morgan has dedicated his practice to making patients feel better. This goes deeper than his over 15 years experience in pain management as a researching and practicing anaesthesiologist at Women's College Hospital. He is driven by the question "how can I make my patients feel better during and after procedures?" Through breakthrough laser and injection treatments, he has helped numerous men and women feel better about their appearance and themselves.

When undertaking any cosmetic procedure, there is a certain amount of apprehension regarding pain or unnatural results. Since 2005, patients of Dr. Morgan's clinic have come to expect consistently safe and relatively pain free procedures that enhance their appearance. Between Dr. Morgan's extensive background as a pioneer in laser treatments, medically proven techniques for managing pain, and the calm spa-like environment, clients can look forward to a worry-free experience.

If you want results that will dramatically change the way you look, the procedures at The Med Spa are not for you. But if you want people to notice that you look better than you have in years—without knowing exactly how — then book a consultation with us.

About The Med Spa Toronto

About The Medical Director

Dr. Anwar Victor Morgan, a general surgeon who settled in Canada in 1983, completed an internship to practice family medicine and received his Royal College Certificate in Anaesthesia in 1992. A sub specialty in obstetrical anaesthesia, pain management and an appointment to Women's College Hospital as an anaesthesiologist soon followed. Among his many pioneering achievements, he perfected what is commonly known as the "Walking Epidural". He also developed a new laser technique to treat patients with Pilonidal Cysts, previously only cured with invasive, painful surgery that requires an extensive recuperation period. His trial has shown almost a 100% success rate without the difficult after-effects and recovery time.

Dr. Anwar Morgan is an Assistant Professor at the University of Toronto in the Department of Anaesthesiology. He is a renowned anaesthesioiogist, with special interests in Pain Management and Obstetrical Pain relief. Dr. Morgan established and serves as the Director of the Interventional Pain Clinic Program at Women's College Hospital. Over the years, Dr. Morgan has popularized the use of Botox™ as a method of pain management and has been involved in training and teaching Family Physicians and Residents the up-to-date techniques in pain management and the innovative use of Local Anaesthetics. In 2005, at the fervent request of his patients, Dr. Morgan created what is now known as The Med Spa™. It was there that he strove to provide different avenues for individuals of both genders to achieve their desired self image.

He is also a member of the ÎÌÀ, CMA, Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada, ASA, ASRA, CAAM and AAAM.
